1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FirstClassEnglishResources.com (“the Platform”), operated by [Your Name / Business Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription Plans
The Platform offers three subscription tiers:
Free: Access to a limited selection of materials at no cost.
Standard: Access to a wider selection of materials for €5.00 per month.
Unlimited: Access to the full catalogue of materials for €10.00 per month.
The catalogue is continuously updated. An active account grants access to all materials available under your plan — past, present, and future — for as long as your account remains active.
4. Billing and Payment
Payments for Standard and Unlimited plans are billed monthly on a recurring, automatic basis from the date of your initial subscription. Payments are processed via SWIFT. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
All prices are listed exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Platform under your current plan until the end of the billing period already paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation. We recommend noting the date of your billing cycle to avoid unintended charges.
6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided that you have not accessed the digital content during that period. To exercise this right, you must notify us at admin@firstclassenglish.com before the 14-day period expires.
Outside of this statutory withdrawal right, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
The materials available on the Platform are licensed for use by the registered account holder only, for use within their own lessons and teaching practice. You may not share your account credentials with any other person. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share any materials from the Platform with other teachers or third parties, whether in digital or physical form, with or without payment.
Any use of the Platform or its materials outside of these permitted purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of [Your Name / Business Name] unless otherwise explicitly stated. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over the materials. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for the purposes described in Section 7.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or its materials, including but not limited to any harm arising from the use of content in a classroom setting.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw content at any time without notice.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes come into effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Platform before the changes take effect.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
